Helga Müller-Molinari
Helga Müller-Molinari (born March 28, 1948 in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm ) is a German opera singer ( mezzo-soprano ).
Life
Müller-Molinari received her vocal training first in Munich from Felicie Hüni-Mihaczek , and later from Friedel Becker-Brill in Wuppertal . In 1972 she received her first engagement at the Saarbrücken State Theater . Finally she went to Italy to perfect her vocal power with Maria Teresa Pediconi and Giulietta Simionato .
In 1975 Müller-Molinari made his debut in Ravel's L'enfant et les sortilèges at La Scala in Milan . In the following years she appeared as a guest on numerous stages in Italy as well as at the Opéra national de Lorraine in Nancy and the Opera Ireland . At the Salzburg Festival she sang several times under the direction of Herbert von Karajan : From 1983 to 1984 the role of Annina in Richard Strauss ' Rosenkavalier , in 1986 the title role in Bizet's Carmen .
