Helga Wille
Helga Valeska Wille (born December 5, 1913 in Berlin ; † June 13, 1992 in Cologne ) was a German vocal and pop singer . She became known with the vocal ensemble Die Nicolets .
Life
Wille was born as the fourth child of a medical council in Berlin . Even as a child she was gifted as a singer. In the mid- 1940s she founded the Nicolets group . Her biggest success was Mr. Moneymaker from 1949 . After the group broke up, she moved to Cologne in 1961 , where she died in 1992. The urn grave is located in the Melatenfriedhof in Cologne-Lindenthal .
Private
In Prague in 1939 she met the officer Peter Otto Wieland . In 1940 she married him. The children Michael (* 1941) and Monika (* 1943) emerged from the marriage. The marriage ended in divorce in 1944.
