Helmi Mihçi (often also Hilmi Mihçi ; born July 8, 1978 in Baarn ) is a Dutch football player of Turkish descent.

Mihçi moved in 2002 from the then Eredivisie relegated FC Den Bosch to MSV Duisburg in the 2nd Bundesliga . Previously, he was loaned to SBV Eindhoven for six months , for which he scored 12 goals in 15 games. He made his debut for MSV on matchday 1 in a 1-0 home win against SpVgg Greuther Fürth , when he came on for Morten Rasmussen in the 60th minute . This was followed by four more missions, in which he was substituted on. After he couldn't prevail among the zebras, he returned to De Graafschap after the season in the Netherlands .
