Helmut Epperlein

Helmut Epperlein (born December 17, 1913 in Chemnitz , † February 8, 1969 in Pforzheim ) was a German watch manufacturer and politician of the NPD .

From 1955 to 1960, Epperlein was the owner of the United Watch Factory in Ersingen near Pforzheim , which was then working with the Hamilton Watch Company . During this time he was able to register several watch patents, including an electric watch. In 1968 he was elected to the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg for the NPD through a second mandate in the Pforzheim constituency. However, he died only a few months after moving in, his successor in the state parliament was Thomas Fodi .
