Helmut Frohne

Helmut Frohne (born June 4, 1920 in Insterburg ; † February 12, 1982 ) was a German politician and former member of the state parliament ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending school with the completion of high school , he studied two semesters economy , then the labor service and military service to be confiscated. After the end of the Second World War, Frohne worked as a detective, most recently as head of the criminal police in the Recklinghausen district .

In 1957 he became a member of the SPD. He was represented in numerous party bodies. He became a member of the police union in 1946.

From July 26, 1970 to May 27, 1975 Frohne was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in constituency 096 Recklinghausen-Stadt.

He was a member of the city council of Recklinghausen from 1964.
