Helmut Guckert

Helmut Guckert (born September 28, 1942 in Riedheim ) is a Bavarian politician ( CSU ) and a former member of the Bavarian State Parliament .

education and profession

Helmut Guckert attended the Wallerdorf elementary school between 1948 and 1956 and the agricultural vocational school from 1956 to 1959. After attending the agricultural college in 1960 and 1962, he completed a two-year agricultural apprenticeship. 1963 to 1965 he attended a preliminary course and from 1965 to 1968 the engineering school for agriculture. From 1968 to 1997 he worked in the higher agricultural service, since 1997 as the Agriculture Council (HLD). Helmut Guckert is Roman Catholic, married and has two children.

Helmut Guckert has been a member of the CSU since 1990. Since 1990 he has been a member of the Nördlingen city ​​council and since 1990 a member of the Donau-Ries district council .

From September 28, 1998 to 2008, Helmut Guckert was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament, where he was a member of the committee for public service issues and a member of the committee for the environment and consumer protection. He was no longer available for election to the state parliament in Bavaria in 2008 .

Other offices

Helmut Guckert has been a cooperative advisory board member of RVB Nördlingen since 1987, and chairman of the Baldingen Horticultural Improvement Association since 1980. Since 1984 he has been chairman of the district association for horticulture and land maintenance in Nördlingen and since 2000 deputy chairman of the Swabian BV for horticulture and land maintenance.
