Helmut Hanisch

Helmut Hanisch (born April 13, 1943 in Breslau ; † August 4, 2016 in Machern near Leipzig ) was a German religious educator and author .

Hanisch studied psychology in Schöntal and Urach from 1960 to 1964. Between 1964 and 1967 he moved to Tübingen to study psychology. Until 1974 he devoted himself to studying philosophy, education and psychology in Stuttgart. His doctorate as Dr. phil. took place in 1974.

From 1979 to 1986 he held a teaching position for religious education at the Technical University of Stuttgart and from 1992 to 2008 Helmut Hanisch taught as a professor for religious education at the theological faculty of the University of Leipzig .

His grave is on the Südfriedhof (Leipzig) , university discounts.
