Helmut List

Helmut O. List (born December 20, 1941 in Graz ) is an Austrian industrialist.

Life

List completed a degree in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Graz , which he graduated as a graduate engineer in 1967. In 1966 he joined the company AVL List GmbH founded by his father, Hans List , and took over management in 1979.

List was also the initiator and namesake of the Helmut List Hall , a large event hall in Graz.

List is married to Kathryn and has four children.
