Helmut Maneval

Helmut Maneval (born February 10, 1931 in Pforzheim ; † January 19, 2017 ) was a German economist .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in Heidelberg in 1958 and his habilitation in 1972 in Tübingen , he taught as a professor at the University of Cologne from 1973 to 1975 and as a professor of economics, particularly macroeconomics and economic policy, at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich from 1975 to 1996 .
