Helmut Pieper
Helmut Pieper (born February 13, 1922 in Kleinpoley , Bernburg district ; † March 9, 2011 ) was a German lawyer .
Life
After graduating as Dr. iur. in Mainz on December 5, 1953 and habilitation on February 24, 1961 there, he taught from 1965 as a professor of civil law and civil procedure law in Hanover .
