Helmut Rittstieg
Helmut Rittstieg (born August 11, 1939 in Berlin ; † April 19, 2002 in Graz ) was a German legal scholar .
Life
After graduating as Dr. iur. at the University of Hamburg in 1966 he taught from 1976 to 2002 as a professor for public law in Hamburg .
