Helmut Stange (actor)
Helmut Stange (born February 20, 1929 in Bremen , † January 1, 2018 in Munich ) was a German actor .
Helmut Stange has lived in Munich since the 1970s and was part of the regular cast of the Münchner Kammerspiele from 1973 to 2001 , which, under the direction of Dieter Dorn, became one of the leading theatrical stages. He followed Dorn in 2001 to the Bayerische Staatsschauspiel , where he worked until 2011. Stange has appeared in cinema and many television productions, including the crime series Tatort (1974, 1979) and Der Kommissar (1975), as well as the comedy Kleine Haie (1992). He worked regularly for the Bavarian radio .
He also taught at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich .
