The former waterworks and the associated auxiliary building at Hemmerichstrasse 2 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen, are among the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and are registered in the Bavarian Monument List under the number D-6-72-114-301 .

history

The waterworks was built in 1922 as a two-story mansard roof structure with pilaster strips . With its mansard roof and the structure of the pilaster strips, there are baroque elements in the architecture; The time the building was built is nevertheless expressed in its severity. Behind the former waterworks is of the Lady Chapel located Liebfrauensee .

The annex was also built in 1922 as a single-storey hipped roof building with an oval floor plan. It is located near the waterworks in Kapellenstrasse opposite the Liebfrauensee.
