The Hemmerichstraße 50 building in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-20 .

history

The two-storey hipped roof building made of clinker and red sandstone was built in 1895 by architect Friedrich Abt in the neo-renaissance style. The property is equipped with a central risalit and corner core with pointed helmets. The effect of the central projection is emphasized by a ground floor porch, a dwelling and a steep roof.

The villa differs from other Bad Kissingen properties built in the 1890s in its stately proportions and from other Neo-Renaissance buildings in its axial composition.

The property includes ashlar masonry and a cast iron fence as well as courtyard gate pillars as a garden fence.
