Hendrik Fischer

Hendrik Fischer (born December 17, 1961 in Koethen ) is a German political official and politician ( SPD ). From 2014 to 2019 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Economics and Energy of the State of Brandenburg , and since 2019 he has been working in the same position in the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Energy of the State of Brandenburg .

Life

Fischer grew up in Wittenberge . After attending the Pädagogische Hochschule Potsdam (1983–1991), Fischer held various positions in the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Women and Family of the State of Brandenburg between 1991 and 2008 . In 2008 he moved to the Brandenburg State Chancellery , where he worked until 2014 a. a. worked as head of economics and deputy head of government planning , coordination .

On November 6, 2014, Hendrik Fischer was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of the State of Brandenburg in the Woidke II cabinet at the suggestion of Minister Albrecht Gerber . He became the successor to Henning Heidemanns . In the course of the formation of the Woidke III cabinet , he was appointed State Secretary by Minister Jörg Steinbach in the newly formed Ministry of Economics, Labor and Energy of the State of Brandenburg .

Fischer is married and has two children.
