Alexander "Lex" Hendrik Willem van Blijenburgh (born May 28, 1877 in Amsterdam , † January 23, 1960 in Wassenaar ) was a Dutch fencer .

Life

Hendrik van Blijenburgh took part in the 1906 Olympic Intermediate Games in Athens . In the two saber competitions he missed the final round while he reached it with the sword. He finished the final in third place and thus won the bronze medal.

Van Blijenburgh was a member of the Dutch military and a member of the Koninklijke Officiers Schermbond in The Hague .
