Henri Bach
Henri Bach (born February 24, 1956 in Boppard ) is a German chef.
Career
Bach went to education in 1976 for Breidenbacher Hof in Dusseldorf and then to Restaurant San Francisco by Günter Scherrer in Hotel Hilton also Dusseldorf. The Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg and the Sheraton in Essen followed later .
In 1983 he became head chef at the Résidence in Essen-Kettwig together with the patron Berthold Bühler . The first Michelin star was awarded in 1984, the second in 1989. The Gault-Millau awarded 18 points. In February 2012, Henri Bach moved to the Hotel-Residence Klosterpforte in Harsewinkel as kitchen director .
In December 2013 he took on the role of gastronomic manager for the restaurants of his former student Nelson Müller .
Private
Bach is married and has four children.
