Henri Edmond Bonnéfoy (born October 17, 1887 in Le Tremblois , † August 9, 1914 in Cernay ) was a French sports shooter .
successes
Henri Bonnefoy took part in the 1908 Olympic Games in London in two disciplines with the small-bore rifle in the prone position in part. He finished the individual in 19th place, while he secured the bronze medal in the team competition. Together with André Regaud , Paul Colas and Léon Lécuyer , he scored 710 points, finishing third behind Great Britain and Sweden.
Bonnéfoy ran a shooting school in Châlons. In 1906 he joined the military and was an officer from 1908 . Two years later, he was promoted to lieutenant . During the First World War he served in the 133rd regiment, which was mobilized from August 1914. A few days later, Bonnéfoy fell in Alsace .
