Henry Gründler

Georg Henry Gründler (born October 3, 1959 in Buenos Aires ) is a German television presenter , comedian and actor .

His father was a German emigrant living in Argentina, his mother comes from Curitiba , Brazil . After Gründler grew up in Germany, he graduated from high school in Buenos Aires in 1977 and then worked as a tour guide in Argentina , Brazil and Fuerteventura .

From 1987 to 1993 he studied communication science in Munich. During and after that he was a presenter at Radio Charivari and a news anchor, editor and reporter for tv.münchen .

Gründler became known nationwide between 1999 and 2006 as the anchorman of the RTL comedy show Friday Night News . In the last season, which started on September 8, 2006, Gründler was no longer seen as a presenter. Ingo Appelt was his successor . Loss of ratings ultimately led to the show being canceled in December 2006.

From March 11 to April 4, 2008, Henry Gründler was also online with the comedy news show CNC .

From March to May 2011 Gründler could be heard on the radio again. He moderated the Sunday evening program Herzflimmern on the Munich radio station Radio Arabella .

Henry Gründler is divorced, lives in Munich and has two daughters.
