Heppe (noble family)

Heppe is the name of a noble family in Hesse , whose lineage begins with Hans Heppe around 1500.

Divided and split at the top, 1 in gold a black eagle breaking out of the split line, 2 in black a gold lion, 3 in blue on a green hill a gold-stemmed silver Heppe ( vine knife ). Crest: Between the open black flight a growing man in a blue skirt with a gold belt, a blue hood on his head, in his right hand holding Heppe from the shield. Divided, split at the top, on the right in gold a half black eagle at the gap, on the left in black a gold lion marked in red , below in blue on a green hill an upright silver sickle ( Heppe ) with a golden stem, accompanied by two golden stars. On the helmet with black and gold blankets on the right and blue and silver on the left, two growing armored arms, each with an inwardly turned sickle in their hands, a gold star between them, between an open black flight .
