The Midnatsol under the Herøybrua
The Herøybrua ("Herøy Bridge") connects the islands of Gurskøya and Leinøya in the western Norwegian municipality of Herøy .
The bridge is 544 m long, the largest span is 170 m. With a clear height of 32 m, the bridge is high enough that even larger ships can pass under it. The herøy bridge was built by King on September 4, 1976 Olav V opened.
The Hurtigruten ships pass the Herøybrua on the Bergen - Torvik route .
