Herbert Kienzler

Herbert Kienzler (* in Furtwangen ) is a professor emeritus at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences and was temporarily vice dean of the Faculty of Law and Local Science .

Life

Kienzler studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . After working at the tax office in Konstanz and the regional tax office in Freiburg im Breisgau , Kienzler was appointed to the Kehl University of Applied Sciences in 1983, where he taught until 2011.
