Herbert Kriegisch

Herbert Kriegisch (born October 7, 1930 ; † December 23, 2011 in Edling ) was a German architect and university professor .

Life

Kriegisch, born in 1930, began a remarkable career in architecture in 1952, which made the born Sudeten German first a professor and later dean of the architecture department at the Munich University of Applied Sciences . In addition, he was a member of the Senate and the general assembly of the university. As an architect he mainly worked for the GWG Städtische Wohnungsgesellschaft München . He was a member of the Association of German Architects (BDA).

Kriegisch died the day before Christmas Eve at the age of 81. His funeral took place in St. Jakob Mammendorf.
