Herbert Pelzer
Herbert Pelzer (born September 1, 1956 in Nörvenich ) is a German author and local researcher .
Life
Pelzer is a trained interior decorator and today works in the Cologne branch of Germany's largest fund company for props for film, television and theater equipment. He lives with his family in his place of birth. In his free time, Pelzer studies the history of the Jews in Nörvenich and Hochkirchen as well as the post-war history of Nörvenich. As deputy chairman of the homeland and history association of the community of Nörvenich e. V. he was also significantly involved in the creation of the two memorials for the Jewish citizens.
