Heribert Anzinger

Heribert M. Anzinger (* 1973 in Munich ) is a German law scholar and professor at Ulm University .

Life

Anzinger studied law and economics at the University of Bayreuth from 1993 to 1998 . There he passed his first state examination in 1998 with an additional qualification as a business lawyer . He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Munich Higher Regional Court in 2000 with the second state examination. He then worked as an independent expert on corporate, antitrust and tax law issues in connection with company sales and company succession planning, while at the same time working on his doctorate in the seminar in international tax law at the Institute for Politics and Public Law at the University of Munich . In 2006 he completed his doctorate on a tax law topic, which he was supervised by Susanne Sieker , and was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD. For this doctorate he received the Albert Hensel Prize in 2006 .

Anzinger then worked as a research assistant for Uwe H. Schneider at the TU Darmstadt . From 2007 to 2012 he was junior professor for tax law at the TU Darmstadt. Since July 1, 2012, Anzinger has been a full professor for commercial and tax law at the Institute for Accounting and Auditing at Ulm University .

Anzinger's research focuses primarily on German and international finance and tax law, in particular the income tax and corporation tax law , with their references to civil, corporate and capital market law.
