Heribert precipitation

Heribert precipitation SAC (born May 20, 1944 in Ottfingen near Wenden (Sauerland) ) is a German moral theologian .

Life

Precipitation joined the Pallottine community and was ordained priest in 1970 . After studying Catholic theology , he was in 1981 at the University of Würzburg with a thesis topic of Life-and-work movement to Dr. theol. PhD .

In 1987, he received a call as Professor of Moral Theology at the Philosophical-Theological College Vallendar . Since 2000 he has also been the head of the management program in church institutions with a focus on medical ethics and ethics for managers. Precipitation was rector of the Philosophical-Theological College Vallendar of the Society of the Catholic Apostolate (Pallottine). He retired in October 2012, but was head of the ethics institute there until November 2016. Ingo Proft became his successor .

He was the postulator of the beatification process for Sister Maria Julitta Ritz (1882 to 1966). He is also the biographer of Father Franz Reinisch and postulator of his beatification process.

Precipitation has been a member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. Franco-Raetia zu Würzburg and since 2018 the KDSt.V. Bergland (Freiberg / Saxony) to Aachen, both in the CV . In 2011, Precipitate signed the memorandum Church 2011: A Necessary Awakening .
