Hermann Bickell

Hermann Bickell (born May 10, 1844 in Marburg , † October 7, 1897 in Strasbourg ) was a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official in Alsace-Lorraine.

Life

Hermann Bickell studied law at the Philipps University in Marburg . In 1864 he was in the Corps Hasso Nassovia recipiert . After graduation, he became 1868 in Marburg Dr. iur. PhD. he became an administrative officer in the realm of Alsace-Lorraine . From 1884 to 1895 he was district director of the Zabern district . He was then Ministerial Counselor in Strasbourg until his death at the age of 53 .
