Hermann Geißler (athlete)

Hermann Geißler (born July 5, 1905 , † October 4, 1970 ) was an Austrian sprinter and long jumper .

At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he reached the quarter-finals over 200 and 400 meters . Over 100 meters he was eliminated in the lead.

He was three times Austrian champion over 200 meters (1927-1929) and 400 meters (1927-1929), twice in the long jump (1933, 1934) and once over 100 meters (1928).
