Hermann Heinrich Voeg

Hermann Heinrich Voeg , also Hermann Henrich Voeg (* 1712 ; † May 30, 1800 in Lübeck ) was a German merchant and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

The merchant Hermann Heinrich Voeg was elected to the Lübeck Council in 1777 from the circle of the merchants' corporation of the Lübeck Novgorod drivers . In 1799, because of his advanced age, he asked to be relieved of his duties in the Lübeck Council; this was complied with and he was continued as an "emeritus" councilor with remuneration.

The lawyer and later mayor of Lübeck Adolph Hinrich Voeg was a son from his third marriage.
