Hermann Horstkotte

Hermann Horstkotte (* 2. March 1947 in Cologne as Hermann-Josef Horstkotte ) is a German historian and freelance journalist .

Life

Horstkotte graduated from high school in Cologne-Nippes in 1966 . From 1978 to 1990 he was a research assistant at RWTH Aachen University and from 1995 to 1996 research assistant at the University of Cologne . From 1998 he taught as a private lecturer at RWTH Aachen. He has written numerous publications for Inter Nationes and works in Bonn as an education and science journalist for Legal Tribune Online , Zeit Online and especially Spiegel Online .

He has been married to Gudrun Horstkotte, nee Schindler, since July 19, 1978.
