Hermann Schluckebier

Hermann Schluckebier (born June 25, 1886 in Hagen ; † 1951 ) was a German architect and politician ( DNVP ).

Life

Hermann Schluckebier worked as an architect at the Schluckebier and Langensiepen architecture firm in Hagen. He was a member of the Association of German Architects (BDA).

In 1924 he was elected for the German National People's Party (DNVP) as a member of the Prussian state parliament, of which he was a member until 1928.

According to plans by Schluckebier, the Waldfried settlement was built in Berlin-Hermsdorf from 1935 to 1936 . In 1937 he was commissioned with the construction of a small housing estate in Berlin-Lichterfelde . The after-work home of the Paul-Gerhardt-Stift was converted from 1950–1951 according to plans by Schluckebier.

In 1941 the architect lived at Belle-Alliance-Strasse 15 (today Mehringdamm ) in Berlin-Kreuzberg .
