Hermann Zwecker
Hermann Zwecker (born January 11, 1905 in Waldfischbach , Palatinate ; † June 25, 1987 ) was a German doctor and civil servant.
Live and act
Hermann Zwecker was born in Waldfischbach in 1905. After studying medicine, doing state exams and working as an assistant doctor, he settled in Birkenwerder near Berlin as a general practitioner in 1931 . In 1947 he opened a doctor's practice in Helsa near Kassel . In addition, he was involved in medical self-administration.
From 1953 to 1973 he was chairman of the Hesse Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians . From 1952, Zwecker was active in the Hessian State Health Council - from 1959 until the organization was dissolved in 1972 as President.
