Hermann von Rautenkranz
Hermann von Rautenkranz (born July 28, 1883 in Winsen (Aller) , † December 24, 1973 in Puerto de la Cruz ) was a German entrepreneur.
Career
Rautenkranz was born as the son of an oil industrialist. After training and initial practical experience, he founded a company named after him for oil production in Celle in 1912 . The Internationale Tiefbohr AG ( ITAG ) emerged from it. The German oil industry owes him numerous innovations. Hermann von Rautenkranz was buried in the city cemetery of Celle .
