Heroes & Zeros are a rock band from Norway . The band consists of Hans Jørgen Undelstvedt, Lars Løberg Tofte and Arne Kjelsrud Mathisen. All members grew up in the small town of Lillesand on the south coast of Norway. After developing a common sound, they moved to their current adopted home, Oslo .
history
Their music combines elements from different musical genres. In their home country Norway, the debut album Strange Constellations was the best-selling rock album of 2007 and landed at number 13 in the Norwegian Top 40 charts. On February 20, 2009 the album was also released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via the Düsseldorf label Redfield Records and distributed by Cargo Records. The second album Simian Vices Modern Devices will also be released on August 27, 2010 in Germany via Redfield. In Norway it landed at number 13 on the charts. Her single Into The Light was selected for the EA video game FIFA 2008 .
Since its inception, Heroes & Zeros have played around 200 live concerts in England, Germany, Austria, Israel, Estonia, Italy and Norway, and among others as support for The Smashing Pumpkins and Melissa Auf der Maur .
