Kazuki Yamamoto ( Japanese 山 本 和 輝 , Yamamoto Kazuki ; born November 12, 1986 in Kushiro , Hokkaidō ) is a Japanese ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Tohoku Free Blades in the Asia League Ice Hockey since 2009 .

Career

Kazuki Yamamoto began his career as a hockey player in the team of the Tōyō University . He then signed a contract with Tohoku Free Blades , which began playing in the Asia League Ice Hockey in the 2009/10 season . In this, the attacker scored seven goals in 32 games in his rookie year in professional ice hockey and also provided seven templates. He also received 34 penalty minutes. In the 2010/11 season, which ended prematurely due to the Tōhoku earthquake , he and his team won the championship title of the Asia League Ice Hockey for the first time.

International

For Japan , Yamamoto took part in the U18 Junior World Championship in Division I in 2004 and in the U20 Junior World Championship in Division I in 2006 .
