The Herrington Hill is a turn 200 m high hill on the east side of Lavoisier Island in the archipelago of Biscoe Islands off the west coast of the West Antarctic Graham Lands . It rises about 8 km south of Benedict Point .
It was mapped during the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–1957). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after the US physiologist Lovic P. Herrington (1906-1991), who studied the influence of cold on the human body.
