The Jungnau dominion was a dominion based on Jungnau Castle in Jungnau , today a district of Sigmaringen in Baden-Württemberg .

The knight Burkhard von Jungingen named a castle after the place , which he built in 1316 on land acquired by Berthold von Schiltau . In 1367 the Lords of Reischach bought the rule, which was acquired in 1418 by the Counts of Werdenberg . After their extinction in 1534/35, the rulership consisting of Jungnau and a few villages fell to the Counts of Fürstenberg .
