Hersha Parady

Hersha Parady (born May 25, 1945 in Ohio ) is an American actress .

Career

Parady made her first television appearance in 1972 on Mannix , followed by a guest appearance with the Waltons (1975). When Parady played Anne Hathaway , the wife of William Shakespeare , in a play , Katherine MacGregor and Richard Bull were also present. The two of them loved Parady's acting so much that they got her auditioned for the series Our Little Farm , in which MacGregor and Bull played Mrs. and Mr. Oleson. Soon after, Parady had a guest appearance as Charles Ingalls' sister-in-law; from 1976 she then played the role of Alice Garvey in 33 episodes.

After Our Little Farm , Parady was only seen sporadically on film and television. She is still active as a stage actress.

Parady was married to producer John Peverall, with whom she has one child.
