Kenan Rockmore and Kel Kimble are two teenage students from Chicago . Kenan works as a temp at Chris Potter's grocery store. His friend Kel is a slightly dodgy and clumsy whirlwind who loves orange soda more than anything. Most of the episodes revolve around Kenan and Kel having to work together to solve a problem that ends up in chaos when they intervene.
Other roles include Kenan's parents Roger ( Ken Foree ) and Sheryl ( Teal Marchande ), as well as his sister Kyra Rockmore ( Vanessa Baden ).
