Bucket & Skinner is an American television series broadcast by Nickelodeon . In the United States, the series aired July 1, 2011 through June 9, 2012. In Germany, the series was broadcast from October 1, 2012.
On July 5, 2012, Ashley Argota announced that Nickelodeon had retired the series after 18 of 26 episodes. However, all episodes are broadcast in German-speaking countries.

- Bucket is a freshman in high school. He's Skinner's best friend. He spends most of his time surfing and tries to impress his crush, Kelly.
- Skinner
- Skinner is Bucket's best friend and an avid surfer. He's not very smart.
- Kelly Peckinpaugh
- Kelly is a great surfer. She has a part-time job at a surf shop. In the episode Epic Jobs , she was a junior lifeguard with Aloe.
- Piper Peckinpaugh
- Piper is Kelly's younger sister and the show's secondary antagonist. She keeps an eye on Skinner, but she doesn't like his friend Bucket for an unknown reason.
- aloe
- Aloe is Bucket's arch-rival and the show's primary antagonist. He is the captain of the Varsity Surf Team. He has feelings for Kelly.
- Three pieces
- He's the uncle of Bucket and the owner of the local surf shop. He is a former surf champion and always tries to impress ladies. In the episode Epic Dancer , he revealed that he got his nickname after breaking his surfboard in three pieces while surfing. He is friends with all of Bucket's friends.
