Emma, just magical! (Original title: Every Witch Way ) is an American youth series that has been produced for the television station Nickelodeon since 2013 . The series is based on the Latin American television series Grachi , which was broadcast from May 2011 to May 2013 in a total of three seasons with great success on Nickelodeon. The series tells the story of a 14-year-old who just moved to Miami with her father and learns that she is a witch.
It premiered in the United States on January 1, 2014 on Nickelodeon television . The series finale aired in the USA in the summer of 2015. The spin-off Magie Akademie has been broadcast since October 2015 , in which Daniela Nieves continues her role as Andi Cruz .

The television series revolves around 14-year-old Emma Alonso, who learns that she is a witch and has to cope with her school and private life on the side.
season 1
Emma Alonso moves to the suburbs of Miami , Florida with her father Francisco to go to Iridium High. Emma has barely settled in there than her whole life is turned upside down. She not only learns that she is a witch, but also that she is the chosen one. This witch is endowed with more powers and abilities than normal witches. In addition, the chosen one will become the ruler of all witches for the next three hundred years. The guardian witch Lily, who works as a school nurse, is put by her side to support her. This should help and support Emma in using magic. Emma quickly befriends Andi Cruz at school and falls in love with her neighbor Daniel Miller. But his ex-girlfriend Maddie Van Pelt is not at all enthusiastic about it. She not only belongs to the school clique "Panthers", but is also an evil witch. She is ready for anything to win Daniel back.
Over time, Emma and Daniel get closer, much to Maddie's disapproval. When she learns that Emma is a witch, she decides to destroy Emma once and for all. But her plan to put a curse on Emma fails. Over time, Emma realizes that her gifts can be a curse.
The director Mrs. Torres, who - as it turns out later - is a wicked witch who has settled in for a long time in the human world, tries everything to take the powers of the chosen one (Emma) with a spell so that she and her Adopted son, Julio, in power. When Mrs. Torres realizes that Emma loves Daniel, she kidnaps him at the lunar eclipse and uses it to blackmail her. The lunar eclipse is the only time when a witch can transfer the powers of the chosen ones to herself with certain means. Emma realizes that she and Maddie have something in common since they both lost a parent. The two join forces at the lunar eclipse and defeat Mrs. Torres. Daniel, who learned the truth from Andi, forgives Emma and the two become a couple. The first season ends when it turns out that Emma still has her powers (which she keeps a secret) and Maddie doesn't.
season 2
After Daniel learns the truth about Emma, the two start a new school year at Iridium High. But the calm is quickly over when the witches' council is at Emma's door and tells her that she and Daniel cannot be a couple. Her only way is to give up her strength and, like her mother, lead a normal life as a person. However, since Emma is the chosen one, she is not ready to give up her powers. She also stays with Daniel. After the headmistress is destroyed, Emma believes she has lost her strength, but these are returning. Maddie, however, has really lost her powers. As you learn later, these have passed on to another witch. Maddie suspects Emma has her powers. Emma does not tell Daniel that she has regained her strength because he is happy that Emma is now completely normal. But he found out and broke up with her shortly afterwards. At the beginning of the school year, an exchange student from Sydney , Australia , Jax Novoa, shows up and begins to develop feelings for Emma. Emma, who is supposed to show Jax the school at the beginning, befriends him. Daniel and Andi are suspicious and don't trust him. However, Jax manages to get Emma on his side and eliminate everyone else so that he can continue to hide his mysterious past. Emma gradually falls in love with Jax, although at first she does not know that he is a witch, a male witch. Lilly, the school nurse has joined the Witches Council and also wants Emma to forget about Daniel. When Daniel finds out that Emma has cloned (actually it was more about Emma regaining her strength and not telling him that) he separates from her. But when he sees that she hugs Jax and later kisses Jax too, he becomes jealous and wants her back.
Maddie can't cope with the fact that she's lost her powers. Ursula Van Pelt (Maddie's mother) has her daughter's powers and uses them to make Francisco (Emma's father) fall in love with her. Her two "panther" friends Sophie and Katie persuade her that with Diego Rueda's help, who is a Churi Kanay (someone who knows the four elements), she will regain her strength. Diego agrees because he's secretly in love with Maddie. The two girls (Sophie and Katie) assure Diego that nothing would happen to him. But they actually have no idea whether the method will work.
All witches and wizards have to struggle with the mad moon , which appears every 20 years. The mad moon causes the witches or their powers to behave strangely. This leads to Desdemona, part of the Witches Council, becoming angry and trying to get Emma's powers.
season 3
Summer is over and the kids are spending time together on the beach. Diego, Emma, Gigi and Co. work at Beachside Seven while Daniel works as a lifeguard. Jax is stuck in the Rebels Boot Camp run by Agamemnon. Mia, who is new and also a Kanay, tries to make life difficult for Emma. She makes Emma jealous by flirting with Daniel. By chance she also becomes a lifeguard like Daniel. Andi is still trying to become a guardian witch. Diego is always discovering new powers. Mia and Diego get to know each other. Emma is in 'Rebels Boot Camp and wants to leave it again immediately. She does, but is caught by Agamemnon. He tries to withdraw her strength, but he does not succeed. Mia befriends Katie. She also puts a spider's seal on Daniel. As a result, Daniel joins Mia and is with her. Mia gives Daniel a necklace to give Emma and she gives Katie a necklace to give Maddie. There is a crystal de Caballeron on both chains. This is how they are related. They fuse the crystals and are thereby freed. But Daniel gets very sick from the Kanay seal and Mia removes it again. Mia later takes Emma and Co. prisoner. Meanwhile, the Hexoren frees Philip from the video game. Philip saves her from Mia. A canoe duel takes place between Mia and Diego. Emma wants to save her, but ends up in the video game with her. They both make it out and make peace. Diego no longer has to obey Mia and Emma has to decide: Daniel or Jax. She chooses Jax and ends up in the pool with him ...
Season 4
Daniel has disappeared without a trace and only Emma can remember him. Lily says it could be a break in continuity. This means that Daniel has been moved to another life. A magical private detective is hired to do this and Emma, Andi, Jax, Diego, Gigi, Maddie, Katie, Sophie and Lily find him in the Everglades (Florida) with his family and Mia. You can only free Daniel by bringing him to his old one Remember life. If they tell him about his old life and he doesn't remember, he would vanish into thin air. When the 5 days are over, Daniel remembers and everything is back to normal. When Jax arrives home there is a girl, his sister Jessie, whom he didn't know about. She previously lived with her mother, who is still alive. Then Jax goes to his mother, who is protected by Mrs. Van Pelt. There is also the Van Pelt family reunion. Diego wants to be there, but he is not allowed. In the end he is allowed to leave and saves the Van Pelt family from Jake Novoa. Emma wants to manipulate time and bring her mother back in the process. For this she took the magic powers from the council and Maddy. The council and all of their friends oppose them. They are afraid that their life will be changed. Jax helps Emma and together they find a book about black magic in which Emma finds the right spell. Jax's mother, who lives with Jessie and Jax, put this book down so they could find it. When Jax finds out that his mother is a very powerful witch and wants to steal Emma's magic, he wants to warn her. However, he is stopped by his mother. After Emma, Jax and Co. defeat Jax's mother, they say goodbye to Andi, who is receiving a scholarship from Magic Academy .

Jax Novoa is a new student at Iridium High. He's a witcher. He had problems with Daniel. Emma is with him in season 3. In season 4, his father appears on the series.
Diego Rueda is a Churi-Kanay, a member of the Sharks and Gigi's twin brother. He always helps Maddie when he can, and he's in love with her.
Katie Rice is Maddie's friend and a member of the Panthers. Although she seems popular, she is an outsider. She is smart.
Sophie Johnson is Maddie's and Katie's friend and a member of the Panthers. She's gullible and a little stupid. She is the only one of the people Jax tolerates.
Gigi Rueda is a student of the Sharks. She is constantly called Miss Information for telling news about the school and posting on the blog. She is Diego's twin sister.
Ursula van Pelt is Maddie's mother. She is in love with Francisco. In season 2, she had Maddie's powers all along.
