Stefan Staudinger (* 1950 ) is a German actor , dubbing and advertising speaker .

He completed his acting training at the Ernst Busch School in Berlin . Since then he has had various smaller roles in the television series Tatort , Rosa Roth and Alarm for Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei . In 2005 he starred in the television film The Chocolate Queen . His face is likely to be known to a wider audience from a commercial for the fast food chain McDonald’s .

Stefan Staudinger is the regular spokesman for actor Robert Picardo in his role as The Doctor , the medical-holographic emergency program (EMN) in the series Star Trek: Spaceship Voyager and in the role of Richard Woolsey in Stargate Atlantis . In the cartoon Wallace & Gromit: On the hunt for the giant rabbit , he is the German voice of PC McIntosh . In the radio play series Gabriel Burns , he speaks to police doctor Austin Mellencamp . He also speaks Dylan McDermott as Robert G. 'Bobby' Donnell in Practice and Loud Howard in the animated series Dilbert . He also speaks the character Nesmith in the series Planet Max and Lt. John Graves Simcoe in Turn: Washington's Spies . In the Lupine III series, he lends his voice to inspector Zenigata.
