action

Documentary filmmaker Michael Malone is running a campaign to ban July 4th as a holiday. While talking to his organization, Josh Malone, Michael's nephew, walks into the room. His nephew is anything but anti-American and wants to invite him to his party on July 4th. His uncle refuses. Malone later meets two Arabs, but he does not know that they are terrorists. He agrees with them in evaluating the politics of the United States and is supposed to make a commercial for a terror camp. After receiving the award for best documentary, Michael Malone watches a speech by John F. Kennedy and mumbles positively about the president to himself. From the television, Kennedy orders three ghosts to visit Malone. The next morning Michael says it was all just a dream. But later comes the ghost of George S. Patton . He explains an example of why war is necessary. It shows a world in which Abraham Lincoln did not wage a civil war and Michael himself keeps slaves. Then they see Neville Chamberlain sign the Munich Agreement , fulfilling every wish of Hitler, including by shining his shoes. Then we go to a university where teachers sing that the students who agree with the teachers' opinion get good grades. Michael is still not convinced. Next comes the ghost of George Washington , whom Malone meets in a church. Washington shows him with the terrorist attacks of September 11 damage done. Still not convinced, the third ghost follows Trace Adkins . He takes him to Hollywood , which was conquered by al-Qaida and built a monument for Michael Malone. Adkins also shows him that he was killed in the terrorist attack. Malone comes to insight and drives to his campaign, which aims to abolish the 4th of July as a holiday. He explains his new political view. The crowd is anything but enthusiastic, which is why he goes to a soldiers' meeting to prevent a terrorist attack by the two terrorists he supports. In the end, he decides to accompany his nephew to a naval ship. Josh Malone is stationed in the Persian Gulf.
