Hildebrand Höpfl
Hildebrand Höpfl OSB (born November 25, 1872 in Ledau , † February 14, 1934 in Rome ) was a Catholic theologian and Old Testament scholar.
Life
He entered the Emmaus monastery in 1893 and studied at the Pontificio Ateneo Sant'Anselmo from 1896 , where he taught exesis from 1903. In 1921 he transferred his monastic profession to the Grüssau monastery .
