Hildegard Marion Boehme
Hildegard Marion Böhme (born May 27, 1907 in Dresden ; † November 11, 1993 there ) was a German painter.
Life
Hildegard Böhme received her first drawing lessons from Ernst Oskar Simonson-Castelli and Georg Oehme . From 1926 to 1930 she studied at the Dresden Art Academy with Richard Müller , Hermann Dittrich , Ferdinand Dorsch and Max Feldbauer . In the air raids on Dresden in 1945, she lost a large part of her work. Hildegard Böhme was married to the painter Gerd Böhme and lived in Dresden-Dölzschen until her death . Her grave and that of her husband are in the Dölzschen cemetery .

Böhme preferred oil painting and created numerous portraits, self-portraits and group pictures as well as landscape and flower pictures and still lifes. The Dresden Art Collections acquired many of her works.
