Hille Gosejacob-Rolf

Hille Gosejacob-Rolf (born May 5, 1945 in Bentheim / Lower Saxony ) is a social worker and former managing director, federal chairwoman of the German Professional Association for Social Work and a member of the main board of the German Association of Civil Servants .

Life

Hille Gosejacob-Rolf was born in Bentheim in 1945. After the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, she studied social education and social work at the technical school for social education in Münster and at the higher technical school for social work in Detmold, Westphalia-Lippe.

From 1969 to 1977 Gosejacob-Rolf worked as a qualified social worker in the rank of social department head in the Pinneberg district . In 1977 she moved to Herzogenaurach , where she worked as managing director of Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt until 2007. In all of her offices she tried to get closer to her vision of the development of social work, to professionalize the social work profession and ".. a profession that takes on societal challenges competently, flexibly, creatively, courageously, confidently and strategically .." to reach.

In 2006 she was one of the main organizers of the World Conference on Social Work in Germany.

Gosejacob-Rolf was married to the engineer Paul Rolf until 1992.

Board of DBSH (1990–1995) Until today (2015) she is the first chairwoman of the Else Funke Foundation .
