Hinterhartenthal
Hinterhartenthal is the name of a lost place in the area of the municipality of Bad Wörishofen in the Swabian district of Unterallgäu .

The place was about 700 m northwest of Vorderhartenthal, which still exists today as the Hartenthal district of the city of Bad Wörishofen.
history
Hinterhartenthal was first mentioned in a document in 1494. In 1864 the place consisted of three farms and a sölde with a total of 24 inhabitants. The farms were closed between 1889 and 1892, and in 1896 the area was reforested by the Bavarian state .
