The pilgrimage church of St. Rasso in Untergammenried

Untergammenried is a district of the Upper Swabian town of Bad Wörishofen . It is located about two and a half kilometers south of the city and is connected to it by a local road. The place was first mentioned in 1323. Until the secularization it belonged to the Wörishofen rule, which belonged to the Katharinenkloster in Augsburg . In 1864 the settlement consisted of three farms with 27 inhabitants. The place is known for the pilgrimage church of St. Rasso , which dates from the Rococo period .
