Hiroyuki Mae ( Japanese 前 寛 之 , Mae Hiroyuki ; born August 1, 1995 in Sapporo , Hokkaidō Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Hiroyuki Mae learned to play football in the youth team of Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo . Here he signed his first professional contract in 2014. The club from Sapporo , a city on Hokkaidō , the northernmost of the four main Japanese islands, played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . From 2014 to 2015 he played four times in the J.League U-22 Selection . This team, which played in the third division, the J3 League , was made up of the best young players from the higher-class clubs. The team was founded with a view to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro . The players were selected on a weekly basis from a pool for which each club was able to name talented individuals worth promoting; the composition of the team therefore varied greatly from game to game. In 2016 he became J2 champion with Sapporo and thus rose to the top division. The 2018 season he was loaned to the second division Mito Hollyhock in Mito . After the loan ended, Mito signed him up at the beginning of 2019. By the end of 2019, he had played a total of 69 second division games for Mito. At the beginning of 2020 he was signed by Avispa Fukuoka from Fukuoka , who also play in the second division .
