The Hirtelbach is a 1.4 km long left tributary of the Kainach in Styria .

The Hirtelbach arises in the northern part of the municipality of Kainach near Voitsberg , in the northeast of the cadastral municipality of Gallmannsegg and north of the village of Gallmannsegg on the southern slope of the Dornerkogel , northeast of the Hirtel farm and north of the Hubertus chapel. He first flows relatively straight to the southwest before the Court Hirtel the ox leak stream flows coming from the right into it and Hirtelbach pivots on a relatively straight Südsüdwestkurs, which he maintains to its mouth. North of Gallmannsegg it flows into the Kainach , which then continues straight on. On its course, the Hirtelbach takes on the Ochsenleckenbach and another unnamed watercourse.
